Act as the Business requirement analyst between the Consumer In-Business Risk (CIBR) Group’s requirements and systems (financial, operational, compliance, etc.)
Discuss, analyze proposed system solutions and identified system concerns of CIBR Units with other units on the rationale, scope and requirements or risk-related systems and associated workflows.
Participate in the development, testing and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
Configure or set up in the CIBR systems (FICO, etc) the approved policy and process changes
Be a team player for CIBR systems testing for any changes implemented
Relate and define solutions and concerns to CIBR workflows/ systems
Facilitate discussions amongst CIBR &/or other groups to deliver above in terms of existing & new data & information, cross-unit workflows, systems connections, & risk management governance
Liaise with external or internal-to-UBP professional service &/or system providers
Identifies opportunities for the automation of risk workflows, and apply disciplined documentation of issues and/or solutions
Maintain internally-developed CIBR automations (FICO DM, SD, and other risk infrastructure)
Assist in the development and tracking of the digital Risk roadmap (enterprise blueprint)
Performs other activities that may be assigned by his or her functional superiors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Background in Consumer Operations, Operational Risk, Wholesale Banking, or Markets Risk
Solid experience in banking, risk management, IT systems, and workflow analysis/implementation
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand CIBR requirements within the broader bank
Exposure to BSP and international standards is an advantage
Knowledge on programming skills such as Python, SQL, SAS and R Programming
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly
