Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded business leader to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer— someone who can synthesis pipeline reviews, financial analys e s, and create board- level presentations , not just report the data .
The ideal candidate brings direct experience inside a revenue organization at a global BPO business, understands the mechanics of how deals move from pursuit through revenue recognition, and can distill complex commercial data into insights and narratives that drive executive decision-making.
They will be the CRO’s force multiplier—owning the revenue story, pressure-testing the forecast, and ensuring the commercial leadership team is operating in alignment with the revenue targets and business priorities.
In This Position You Will
Revenue Intelligence & Commercial Narrative
- Own the commercial narrative by connecting pipeline data, financial performance, client health, and market signals into a cohesive view the CRO and Board can act on.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs — not build dashboards, but interpret what the data is telling us and, critically, what it isn’t .
- Develop and maintain the revenue operating model: forecast accuracy, bookings-to-revenue conversion, retention trends, and expansion velocity.
- Serve as the extended (eyes and ears) of the CRO to bring visibility to challenges, obstacles to achieving revenue targets.
Pipeline & Forecast Integrity
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure data integrity, pressure-test pipeline quality, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Flag gaps between what the pipeline says and what the financials will actually deliver .
- Bring a commercially informed lens — understand deal economics, pricing structures, and ramp dynamics well enough to challenge assumptions.
Commercial Storyboarding & Executive Communication
- Lead the development of board level materials, QBRs, and investor narratives — not as a slide-builder but as the person who architects the storyline: where revenue is trending, why, what’s at risk, and what the plan is to mitigate .
- Prepare and present executive-ready materials with minimal direction, translating complex commercial dynamics into clear, decision-ready formats.
In this position you will:
Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategic Projects
- Act as the CRO’s key tactical hands on liaison across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and growth priorities.
- Drive key strategic initiatives — revenue optimization programs, client retention strategies, operational improvements — from concept through execution.
- Identify and streamline revenue operations processes to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market effectiveness.
Strategic Deal Support
- Engage directly on large, complex pursuits where the CRO needs additional support on deal structure, competitive positioning, or pricing strategy.
- Provide analytical support during major negotiations, renewals, and RFP responses.
Market Insights & Competitive Positioning
- In tandem with the ResultsCX Marketing organization, a nalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to inform revenue strategies and right-to-win positioning.
- Maintain a current view of competitive dynamics across key verticals and geographies.
We are looking for:
Required
- 8 + years in commercial roles within a global CRO, BPO, or CX services environment
- Direct exposure to pipeline management, deal economics, and P&L accountability — must have sat close enough to revenue to understand how it’s made, not just how it’s reported.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize pipeline and financial data into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Experience preparing and presenting board-level materials with minimal direction.
- Familiarity with CX services commercial models: pricing structures, volume-based economics, ramp dynamics, and client P&L management.
- Strong commercial acumen, CX/BPO industry fluency, and executive communication skills.
- Data-literate and proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree in business , Finance, Statistics , Data Science or related field.
Preferred
- Prior experience in sales, account management, commercial finance, or revenue strategy within outsourced services.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in a Sr level strategy role reporting to C-suite commercial leadership.
- Track record of operating across multiple geographies and time zones.
