We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Manila. This role plays a critical part in ensuring revenue accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of the sales function. This role will support revenue accuracy by conducting contract reviews, processing booking and quote adjustments, and identifying discrepancies across systems. In addition, this role will provide support to different revenue teams and proactively identify and recommend process improvements across the sales function to enhance accuracy, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, a passion for maintaining data integrity, and process optimization.
What You’ll Do
Perform detailed contract reviews to ensure alignment between signed agreements and system entries.
Support quote and booking adjustments based on internal policies and contractual terms.
Investigate, resolve and proactively identify revenue discrepancies within Salesforce including engaging with cross functional internal stakeholders on inquiries related to revenue adjustments and contract interpretation.
Provide day-to-day support to revenue teams, helping ensure smooth execution of revenue-impacting processes across the sales lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of revenue-impacting updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of contract changes and revenue adjustments for audit readiness and compliance.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, process guides and documentation as the team grows.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, billing, deal desk or contract administration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ are required.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex commercial and financial structures and issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and responding to customer requests.
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule aligned to eastern time zone US business hours, with flexibility especially during peak periods.
