Job Description

I. Job Summary

The Rematado Manager Sales is responsible for managing and driving the sales of rematado items (forfeited or unredeemed pawned goods) to maximize revenue and ensure transparent, customer-friendly transactions. This role oversees pricing strategies, sales promotions, and customer engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with pawnshop regulations and company policies.

II. ORGANIZATIONAL REPORTING

He or She will report directly to the Rematado Manager.

Iii. Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for rematado items to optimize profitability.
  • Manage customer relations during rematado sales, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
  • Recommend enhancements to sales processes, promotions, and customer engagement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports on rematado sales volumes, revenues, and market trends for management review.
  • Monitor sales performance, turnover rates, and profitability of rematado transactions.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee sales strategies for rematado (forfeited/unredeemed) items to maximize revenue.

Iv. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Vocational or technical training in asset appraisal, retail sales, or pawnshop operations is an advantage.
  • Skills in sales reporting, revenue tracking, and compliance monitoring.
  • Understanding of market trends and turnover strategies for rematado sales.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with warehouse, operations, and marketing teams.

V. Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in pawnshop operations, retail sales, or asset disposal.
  • Proven track record in sales management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in promotions, auctions, or marketing campaigns desirable.
  • Customer-centric mindset to ensure transparency and fairness in rematado sales.
