Job Summary: Manages loan portfolios by evaluating credit applications, preparing approval documents, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure sound credit decisions and effective resolution of problematic accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate loan applications and prepare credit recommendations for approval.
• Manage and grow loan portfolios while monitoring account performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and assess client creditworthiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowing clients, handling inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Collections, Recovery) to resolve issues and manage problematic accounts.
  
  

• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• Experience in handling loan portfolios and client-facing roles.
• Ability to assess risk and make sound credit recommendations.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
