Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, packages, and documents.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and basic administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for inquiries, messages, or requests.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR/Administration team.
