Job Description

Conduct inspection and verification of parcels, returns, and outgoing shipments. Check product condition, packaging, and labeling for compliance with company standards.
Investigate and document cases of damaged or lost items.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare daily and weekly QC reports.
Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with company and client quality procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Background in logistics or express delivery companies
Experience in sales and marketing
Experience in client communication and coordination
