Job Description

  • Conduct inspection and verification of parcels, returns, and outgoing shipments. Check product condition, packaging, and labeling for compliance with company standards.
  • Investigate and document cases of damaged or lost items.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare daily and weekly QC reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client quality procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Background in logistics or express delivery companies
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in client communication and coordination
