Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and summarize purchasing data.
• Handle and monitor claims with local and international suppliers/vendors.
• Source construction and installation materials and equipment from both local and foreign suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of purchased items.
• Monitor inventory levels and facilitate the timely replenishment of supplies.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as assigned.
  
  

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year college course
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably involving construction and installation materials and equipment
• Experience in both local and import purchasing is an advantage
• Knowledge of online and field sourcing within Metro Manila
• Background in inventory management and supply procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Can start immediately
• Preferably residing in Mandaluyong, Pasig, or nearby areas
