What You’ll Do

• Project Planning: Develop detailed action plans, prioritize projects with clear resource allocation and timelines, and analyze project risks and opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Project Monitoring and Tracking: Oversee project progress daily, track key milestones, and promptly identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and success.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Global Product Engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders in Manila and Portland to manage risk, handle administrative duties, and ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze project data, build comprehensive reports, and maintain dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and project success metrics.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project coordination processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Migration Leadership: Lead the critical migration from Planview to Jira, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across teams, targeting completion by September/October.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected, with potential visits to Portland as needed.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours, supporting a world-class safety culture.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional project management experience
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred)
• Proficiency in Power BI, Jira, and project management tools such as MS Project
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Planview and SAP systems
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
