Project Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee elevator and vertical transportation projects from start to finish. You will guarantee timely, budget-friendly delivery of projects, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from contract award to turnover and collection.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Procurement, Installation, and T&C teams.
• Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and collections to protect profitability.
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation.
• Guide teams toward disciplined execution and effective communication.
  
  

• Proven experience in elevator or vertical transportation project management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and billing.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
