Job Description

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, revenue, and overall project performance
Prepare and maintain project financial reports, accruals, forecasts, and performance analysis
Manage client invoicing activities, including billing preparation, submission, tracking, and coordination of payment follow-ups
Support project managers in tracking project progress, deliverables, risks, and commercial performance
Ensure billing, revenue recognition, and project activities align with contractual terms and company processes
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project, billing, or reporting issues in a timely manner

Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and overall project control activities to support successful project delivery
