The Program Officer (Corporate Communications) is responsible for implementing the Jollibee Group Foundation’s communication strategies and campaigns to strengthen stakeholder engagement and enhance the Foundation’s visibility. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver impactful communication initiatives, while also supporting employee engagement and volunteerism programs that reinforce JFC’s reputation as a company that cares.
Strategic Communications
Communication Messaging and Planning: Provides critical inputs into the development of the Foundation's communication plans and leads the execution of communication and campaign initiatives to promote the Foundation's strategic priorities, flagship programs, advocacy agenda, and CSR initiatives of Jollibee Group business units, ensuring a strong and consistent institutional identity.
Content Development and Production Management: Coordinates with Corporate Communications, Business Units, PR and social media agencies, creative consultants, photographers, videographers, production agencies, and other communications suppliers in the development and production of institutional communication assets, campaigns, and knowledge products that position JGF and Jollibee Group as leaders in corporate social responsibility.
Platform, Asset, and Agency Management: Manages and maintains JGF's communications platforms, digital assets, website, and social media channels. Coordinates PR and social media agencies and other communications service providers to ensure consistent branding, quality standards, timely execution, and effective management of institutional communication assets.
Communications Project and Vendor Management: Coordinates communications-related consultants, agencies, and suppliers, including PR agencies, social media agencies, photographers, videographers, production houses, designers, and other creative partners. Oversees project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality assurance to maximize value from communications investments.
Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement
Advocacy and Engagement Support: Supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of advocacy initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, CSR engagements, and employee volunteering programs in collaboration with Business Units, Corporate Functions, and external partners.
Relationship Management: Coordinates with Jollibee Group Business Units, Corporate Functions, development organizations, government agencies, media, and other external partners to support communications, advocacy, CSR engagement, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Tracking and Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of volunteer hours and other key CSR engagement and advocacy metrics for assigned accounts.
Partner Management and Development
Partner Identification: Identifies and initiates outreach to potential partner institutions for communications and promotions.
Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains effective collaboration with other organizations that could support the Foundation’s communication objectives and enhance awareness of the Foundation’s programs.
Risk Management and Assessment Support: Assists in conducting due diligence verification with potential new partner institutions, ensuring adherence to statutory and internal requirements of the Foundation. Co-develop risk mitigation measures with the team
Impact Measurement, Reporting, and Budget Preparation
Report Development and Packaging: Writes and packages reports for leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness of data, and brand alignment.
Monitoring of Communications Metrics: Tracks and reports key communications metrics such as Share of Voice, PR values, and media pickups in coordination with Corporate Communications.
Budget Planning and Monitoring: Supports planning, monitoring, and utilization of the annual communications budget, including coordination with communications agencies, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective use of resources and delivery of communications commitments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in communications, social media management, public affairs, or marketing.
Must have understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility principles, emerging trends, and best practices in corporate philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
Must have strong organizational and planning skills to support multiple projects, manage timelines, and assist in budget tracking.
Must have demonstrated experience in content development.
Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working arrangement (2 days RTO/week)
