Job Description

Job Scope

Lead product implementation team handling onboarding and ongoing client configurations
Set up restaurant systems accurately based on operational needs and workflows
Fix and update existing client configurations without disrupting live operations
Improve speed, accuracy, and quality of onboarding and product support work
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product experience for restaurants

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience leading large operational or product operations teams
Strong background in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical operations
Comfortable working with complex systems, workflows, or configuration-heavy platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Able to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume, customer-critical environments
