Job Description
As a
Product Manager , you will be responsible for guiding the success of our products and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them. You will play a critical role in setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs
Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and iterate based on user feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions
Define and analyze key metrics to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure that product development stays within scope, time, and budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management or related role
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment
Familiarity with project management tools.
Technical background or experience working closely with development teams
MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
