Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to enhance product user experience.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to align product experience with brand objectives.
Conduct customer research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Oversee the design and execution of user-friendly interfaces.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Create reports and presentations on user experience metrics and insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in user experience and Financial Services.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Product Experience Professional Should Have

At least 5 years background in user experience design and strategy.
Expertise in customer research and data analysis.
Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams effectively.
Knowledge of industry trends within Financial Services.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
