Product Development Associate

We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about building products that customers love to join our Product Management team.

The Product Development Associate will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products and services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Software Project Management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Proficient in Agile software development methodology
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and has a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline with good academic records
  
  

• Assist the Product Development Manager in managing and coordinating product development projects
• Work with Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Participate in product planning and produce business requirement and product specification documentation
• Produce comprehensive and clear project management documents and plans
• Work closely with the development team to develop products taking an active role in project management
• Participate in the quality assurance process
• Keep all project stakeholders appropriately informed throughout the project lifecycle
• Quickly identify and prioritize issues and actively monitor their resolution
• Introduce and oversee any improvements, modifications, and enhancements to existing products and services
• Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance
• Perform all other tasks that the immediate supervisor may deem necessary in meeting the company’s strategic goals
