What will you do as a Proactive Alerting Associate

  • Responsible for reviewing and remotely diagnosing solar system alerts using proprietary monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify potential system issues.
  • Review and analyze solar system alerts generated through internal monitoring platforms.
  • Diagnose system performance issues and determine appropriate resolution paths.
  • Create and manage service cases for identified issues requiring further action.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system findings, diagnoses, and case updates.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential concerns before customer impact.
  • Follow established processes, procedures, and service standards when evaluating alerts.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational enhancements.
  • Assist in updating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation.
  • Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and performance standards while meeting assigned goals.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in daily operations.
What We're Looking For 
Associate: 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of IT or Technical Troubleshooting or 5+ years of customer support experience
Specialist: 2+ years of solar experience (e.g., technical support role, field service role, technical coursework, solar certificate, or other relevant experience)

Experience That’s a Plus;
Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
Extensive knowledge of Solar Storage Systems.
