Job Description
- Design and develop power supply systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system designs and implement engineering improvements.
- Perform simulations and testing to validate the performance of power supply designs.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support manufacturing teams in resolving technical challenges during the production process.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends within the energy & natural resources industry.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and expertise for customer inquiries and project proposals.
A Successful Power Supply Design Engineer Should Have
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design, with strong focus on Switch Mode Power Supplies.
- Proven experience in:
- Power supply circuit design and analysis
- Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE or equivalent)
- R&D and new product development environments
- Strong understanding of circuit operation, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and confidently defend designs in reviews.
- Results‑driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast‑paced development cycles.
- Annual salary: PHP 1,300,000 - 1,950,000 (based on 13th‑month pay structure)
