Position: Posting Officer

Office Location: UB Plaza - 12F Pasig (Headquarters)

Job Summary: The Posting Officer is responsible for supervising daily backroom operations and service delivery, including outward and mobile check deposits, while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. Oversees staff schedules, morale, and performance, reviews and approves reports, and drives process improvements for cost reduction and risk avoidance. Represents the team in bank meetings, ensures BCP updates and testing, and performs other duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of back room operations and service delivery of the Team such as:
• Outward Check Deposit
• Mobile Check Deposit OFF US
• Monitor officer and staff work schedules and attendance
• Ensure officer and staff high morale attitude
• Ensure unit’s compliance to external/internal policies
• Review and approve reports and other documents as necessary
• Review and implement unit’s process improvement, cost reduction and financial loss avoidance related programs without perjury to existing policies.
• Represent Team in various bank meetings
• Ensure that BCP is updated and tested
• Perform other duties inherent in the position or that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
