Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global leader in revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for healthcare organizations in their search for a PHRN Quality Lead based in Ortigas, Manila.

Salary Range: Up to ₱60,000 (depending on experience)

Signing Bonus: Up to ₱50,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Mon–Fri, fixed weekends off)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

The role

As a PHRN Quality Lead, you will drive quality strategy and execution for US healthcare accounts within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will oversee auditing operations, lead and develop a team of QA analysts, and ensure adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

This role is critical in maintaining audit integrity, strengthening compliance, and elevating overall performance standards across teams. It offers a strong leadership opportunity for experienced PHRNs with solid auditing expertise and people management experience who are ready to influence process improvements and contribute to organizational growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent audit performance and quality standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end audit processes for US healthcare accounts.
  • Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to QA analysts.
  • Partner with Operations, Training, and Client Services teams to address quality gaps.
  • Ensure strict adherence to client guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal compliance standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and performance insights to leadership and clients.
  • Support calibration sessions and ensure scoring alignment across teams.

What Were Looking For

  • Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
  • At least 3 years of Quality Lead experience (auditing and people management) in a BPO setup handling US healthcare accounts.
  • Strong background in healthcare auditing, compliance, and quality frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing and developing QA teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting calibrations and leading performance improvement initiatives.
  • Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas.
  • Willing to work a fixed night shift schedule.
