The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality product photos, editing, and ensuring the visual content meets company standards. This role includes planning and setting up the photo studio, taking product photographs, coordinating with the editing team, and maintaining the studio and photo files. Additionally, the Photographer will assist in campaign photoshoots and other company-related events as required.
Key Responsibilities
Photography Planning & Setup:
Plan and coordinate photoshoots in alignment with project needs.
Set up the photo studio for different types of photography, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.
Maintain a clean and organized photo studio space at all times.
Product Photography:
Capture high-quality product images for various platforms, including print and digital media.
Ensure all photos adhere to the company’s visual and branding standards.
File Management:
Name, organize, and securely store all photo files.
Ensure proper file keeping and safekeeping of all images taken, maintaining easy access and retrieval for future use.
Editing & Quality Control:
Coordinate with editors for post-production and photo editing.
Review and ensure all edited photos meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments for consistency and alignment with company guidelines.
Content Creation for Multiple Platforms:
Capture and edit content for use across various media platforms, ensuring images meet the requirements of each medium.
Collaboration & Deliverables:
Deliver final photos to internal teams, external customers, media, graphic designers, and corporate communications for distribution and use.
Assist in photoshoots related to marketing campaigns and company events.
Post-Shoot Retouching:
Perform retouching and adjustments on images after photoshoots to ensure polished, professional-quality visuals.
Additional Duties:
Act as the photographer for company events and photoshoots as needed.
Take on other photography-related tasks as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in product photography or similar visual content creation roles.
Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual content.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Creative thinking with a good understanding of visual aesthetics and branding.
