Role Overview

Our Client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who can also assist with basic website updates and content management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys supporting business operations while contributing to digital improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Managing emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
  • Organizing documents, files, and internal systems
  • Assisting with daily admin and operational tasks
  • Handling client correspondence and follow-ups
  • Supporting project coordination and general business support

Website & Digital Support:

  • Updating website content (text, images, blogs, promotions)
  • Making basic layout or content changes via CMS (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.)
  • Uploading new offers, itineraries, and promotions
  • Ensuring content accuracy and consistency
  • Liaising with developers/designers when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices
  • Graphic or content editing experience
