We are looking for a Performance & Content Marketing Officer to lead Moongig’s digital growth initiatives. This role combines data-driven paid advertising and strategic content marketing to acquire users, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple digital channels.
You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results while ensuring our content resonates with healthcare professionals and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and manage user acquisition strategies to drive signups, engagement, and conversions efficiently.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor performance, identify insights, and report results to leadership.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to improve reach and ROI.
Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively for maximum impact and return on spend.
Content Marketing
Develop and manage the content calendar across social media, website, and other marketing channels.
Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content that reflects Moongig’s brand and speaks to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Engage with external parties for content production and campaign development.
Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform content and campaign strategies.
Support the creation of marketing assets (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that drive awareness and trust.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the Business Development, and Product teams to align initiatives with overall growth goals.
Monitor market developments and recommend new channels, tools, or tactics to expand reach and improve engagement.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement of the product positioning.
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Must have proven experience in user acquisition via digital paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and organic campaigns.
Must have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in campaign tracking and performance analysis to enable a data-driven execution of campaigns.
Must have excellent written and visual communication skills for crafting impactful marketing content and campaigns.
Experience in the health, tech, or startup space is a plus.
Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to experiment and learn in a fast-paced environment.
