Payroll Technology Specialist SAP And SuccessFactors ECP

What is the job about?

Provide IT consultancy and support for global HR solutions in the Payroll and Time Management domain (Product Team). You will enable implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of payroll systems with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and outsourced payroll integrations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain global HR solutions, primarily Payroll & Time, aligned with IT architecture principles
• Provide expert consultancy and best practices for SAP ECP and payroll processes
• Support payroll systems by managing incidents and change requests via ServiceNow and vendor platforms
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and payroll roadmap
• Test and deploy new functionalities during upgrades and rollouts
• Participate in global HR projects, including Time & Attendance and Payroll implementations
• Contribute to shaping and executing the payroll technology roadmap
  
  

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP and payroll systems (configuration, troubleshooting, and support) with a strong holistic approach
• Familiarity with HRIS and integration with outsourced payroll providers
• Strong understanding of HR value chains and processes
• Structured, Self-driven and proactive
• Self-learning, analytical and problem-solving skills – applying your expertise
• Ability to collaborate with global teams (Denmark, Manila, Shanghai,
  
  

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
