Job Description

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for partners.
Manage KYB/KYC lifecycle for partners and clients
Ensure regulatory compliance and escalate high-risk cases
Act as primary contact for partner onboarding concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Identify and implement process improvements
Standardize documentation and onboarding strategies
Lead and coach onboarding specialists to meet KPIs
Monitor team performance and report on metrics

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Business, Compliance, Legal, or related field
3-5 years in KYB/KYC, partner onboarding, or compliance operations
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with KPI reporting experience
(Nice to have) Experience in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS
