Job Description
THIS ROLE
This role is responsible for providing administrative, compliance, and client support to ensure smooth business operations. The position involves drafting meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are addressed, preparing accurate meeting minutes to capture key discussions and decisions, and creating compliance reports that meet regulatory and internal requirements. The role also requires attending client teleconferences, actively contributing to discussions when needed, and preparing comprehensive onboarding packs to support the successful integration of new clients. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are essential for managing multiple responsibilities and delivering high-quality support to both internal teams and clients.
What You Will Do
You'll conduct regional regulatory research and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
You'll prepare and organize documents, including slide decks, summaries, and reports on regional regulatory developments.
You'll deliver insights and updates to help stakeholders stay informed on regulatory changes and trends.
You'll support onshore teams in driving key initiatives, projects, and process improvements forward.
You'll perform additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering
You have 1-3 years of experience in training, compliance, or related functions.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
You can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
You are committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
