Purpose of the Role

The Offshore Odoo ERP Specialists will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing Daniel’s Donuts’ enterprise-wide Odoo implementation across Sales, Finance, Warehousing, and Manufacturing. They will ensure the successful delivery of the ERP program, manage technical configurations and customisations, and drive ongoing system and process optimisation post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

• Configure and customise Odoo modules for Finance, Inventory/Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
• Assist with data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate remotely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into Odoo solutions.
  
  

• Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements using Odoo functionality.
• Develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Support integrations with systems such as POS, e-commerce, and BI tools.
  
  

• Customise Odoo using Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain custom modules and APIs.
• Monitor and optimise system performance and scalability.
  
  

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Odoo-related issues.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and a centralised knowledge base.
• Communicate effectively across time zones using collaboration tools.
  
  

• Proven experience in Odoo development using Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Odoo architecture, modular design, and version management (v15+, ideally v17).
  
  

• Hands-on experience in Finance (GL, AP/AR), Warehousing (WMS), and Manufacturing (MRP).
• Familiarity with food manufacturing and compliance processes such as product traceability is advantageous.
  
  

• Experience developing APIs and integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong ability to design custom reports and dashboards.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  
  

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of DevOps practices for ERP deployments and updates.
