Your Impact

As our Occupational Health Physician, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the health, safety, and overall well-being of our employees. You will provide trusted medical guidance, support wellness initiatives, and help ensure workplace health standards are consistently met.

This is a part-time, hybrid role with evening hours, ideal for physicians seeking flexible work arrangements while making a meaningful impact in a corporate setting.

How You’ll Contribute

• Support and oversee the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program, including monitoring workplace health conditions
• Conduct online and on-site medical consultations for employees and their immediate dependents
• Provide medical care, professional advice, and health guidance in close partnership with the Wellness Team
• Review and provide recommendations for Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) and other medical clearances
• Ensure compliance with company health standards and applicable occupational health regulations
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and required documentation
  
  

• A patient-centered mindset grounded in empathy, professionalism, and trust
• Clear and compassionate communication with employees and internal stakeholders
• Comfort working in both virtual and in-person consultation settings
• A collaborative approach and strong sense of responsibility when handling medical matters
• Flexibility and reliability in working evening hours within a hybrid setup
  
  

• Licensed Physician with Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification (highly preferred)
• Experience conducting both online and on-site medical consultations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Medical specialization (e.g., Internal Medicine, Cardiology, OB-Gynecology, Pulmonology) is an advantage but not required
• Availability for a part-time, hybrid schedule with evening hours
  
  

• Hybrid setup:
• Online: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• On-site: Tuesday and Thursday (with flexibility to report on-site as needed)
• 20 hours per week
• Working hours: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT
