As a Data Quality Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and maintaining data to enable accuracy and accessibility for effective decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on data governance, quality control, and data integration to support business operations. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of data through testing and validation processes. You will maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement in data management systems. Responsibilities

• Organizing and maintaining data to support accuracy and accessibility for decision-making
• Conducting data quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and reliability
• Identifying areas for improvement in data management systems and processes
• Collaborating with team members to address data governance and quality control challenges
• Utilizing database management systems to enhance data integration and performance
• Implementing data quality improvement plans to optimize data management practices
• Engaging in data profiling and error checking to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Supporting the development of data management plans to align with business operations
• Applying technical skills in database administration and troubleshooting to maintain data systems

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
