Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to spearhead our mobile initiatives across iOS and Android platforms. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery of apps that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role demands strong technical expertise in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose preferred), combined with leadership skills to mentor and guide the team. You will own your desk-driving innovation, suggesting improvements, and ensuring no shortcuts are taken in code quality or user experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (minimum 3 years leadership experience).
• Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mobile solutions with business goals.
