The Manager Strategic Talent will be responsible for leading Insights Corporate and Technical recruiting functions. This includes reporting on recruiting metrics, QBRs, operations, and building and maintaining relationships with senior business executives. Supervision of recruiting team to ensure operational expectations are met for internal clients. The position will report to the North America Sr Mgr Recruiting.
What You’ll Do At Insight
The Mgr Recruiting will be responsible for developing efficient recruiting and selection practices to acquire critical talent for the organization.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and lead team in the execution of strategic plans in order to meet Insight’s near-term and long-term talent needs.
Lead the implementation of new recruiting, selection, and applicant tracking processes that support Insights growth objectives for the North America business.
Lead team in providing opportunities for training ,career development, and succession planning
Create and enhance recruitment initiatives, including: sourcing strategy, creative branding, diversity outreach, business partnership, and more.
Refine the college and university relations strategy to leverage Insights position as a multi-national Fortune 500 IT Solutions provider.
Drive Insights OFCCP Strategy by building recruiting initiatives that target and attract diverse talent at all levels of the organization.
Monitor and maintain internal client satisfaction by engaging in weekly or monthly status meetings.
Oversee and drive Insight’s campus relations initiatives.
Sales Recruiting - Sales Account Executives responsible for IT Hardware, Software and Solutions sales to small, medium and large (Fortune 500) business customers.
Client Support Recruiting - source Client Support Teammates responsible for a variety of core business functions including Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing and Human Resources.
Information Technology Recruiting - identify Information Technology professionals with diverse IT skills to support Insights Services business.
Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to insure confidence and enhance the relationships within Insight.
Represents Insight in a professional and business-like manner and communicates effectively with Insight associates and their customers.
Some travel required.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need To Join Insight
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, from four-year College or university
At least 10 years of experience in human resources, including demonstrated success in leading the recruiting function for a dynamic, growth-oriented organization; or equivalent combination of education and HR related experience.
Experience managing a team of professional recruiters
Broad experience and expertise in talent acquisition and diversity outreach strategies
Working knowledge of employment law
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and
Experience supporting or working in sales-related functions/departments.
Experience in building and driving diversity and college relations initiatives
