MEPF BIM Coordinator

Context

The MEPF BIM Coordinator oversees Revit and BIM processes across all disciplines—architectural, structural, civil design, alignment, and MEP—to ensure consistency and integration, maintains and updates BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards, and acts as the primary internal point of contact of the division to other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Civil Design) as regards the job.

Missions/Main Duties

• Oversees Revit and BIM processes across all disciplines—architectural, structural, civil design, alignment, and MEP—to ensure consistency and integration, maintains and updates BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards, and acts as the primary internal point of contact of the division to other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Civil Design) as regards the job.
• May be assigned to present to external clients and/or stakeholders to provide information/streamline information flow.
• Key activities and deliverables involves Quality Control, Drafting & Modeling, Project Coordination & Management, People Development, and other duties /activities as maybe required and assigned by Manager
  
  

• Has advanced computer and software skills in detailing drawings using AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit software or equivalent) for MEPF Discipline.
• Knowledgeable in MEPF ServicesPossesses strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in REVIT & BIM for MEPF services for a Railway Project or large infrastructure / building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent related engineering discipline.
• PRC license is an advantage
