Medical Records Encoder QA

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Medical Records Encoder QA (Entry to Mid-Level) to audit, validate, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical record migration tasks. This role is responsible for reviewing extracted, renamed, organized, and uploaded patient files to confirm strict compliance with quality standards and data security protocols. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a medical account environment, strong familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, and exceptional attention to detail. This position requires full onsite availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Auditing of Extracted Files Review extracted patient files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Naming Convention Verification Validate adherence to prescribed file naming standards and formatting requirements.
• Folder Structure Validation Ensure files are placed within correct and logically structured folders.
• Upload & Migration Accuracy Review Confirm correct upload placement and verify completeness of migrated records.
• Discrepancy Reporting & Escalation Identify errors, document findings, and escalate issues according to established protocols.
• Data Security & Compliance Oversight Ensure all QA activities comply with patient data privacy and medical documentation standards.
  
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Account (BPO or healthcare environment required).
• Previous experience as:
• Quality Analyst
• Medical Records Auditor
• Healthcare QA Specialist
• Strong familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience handling patient records and confidential documentation.
• Advanced attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Willing to work full onsite.
