Job Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services and grow client and candidate databases.
Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, website, email newsletters, job portals).
Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job openings and candidate success stories.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage and update the companys website and social media channels.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for job fairs, career expos, and client presentations.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Assist in creating marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and case studies.
Support the business development team with lead generation and promotional activities.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing; experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
