Job Description
Drive daily outbound activity to contacts and warm prospects through phone, email (Outlook), Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Identify, research, and generate new opportunities across ideal client profiles within FMCG, QSR, Banking, Telco, and Digital Platforms.
Maintain a sharp, on‑brand LinkedIn presence and continuously build a relevant network aligned with your target accounts.
Learn, master, and utilize tools such as Seamless, Apollo, and media platforms to uncover key contacts.
Qualify leads through strong discovery-understanding challenges, objectives, timelines, and decision‑making structures.
Book high‑quality meetings for the BD team with clear summaries of needs, value potential, and agreed next steps.
Follow up and nurture leads coming from marketing initiatives (website, EDMs, blogs, events) to move them through the funnel.
Use HubSpot to manage outreach, track activities, and maintain accurate data for reporting and forecasting.
Maintain consistent follow‑ups to drive conversion rates and build strong client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in telemarketing, sales, orB2B lead generation.
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels.
Able to deliver a compelling elevator pitch and articulate value with confidence.
Solid understanding of Philippine consumer behaviour and brand trends.
Quick learner with strong research skills and the ability to grasp industries and business models rapidly.
Driven by results and consistent in hitting activity and conversion targets.
Organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable with follow‑through and CRM updates.
Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms.
Works well within a team and demonstrates professionalism, integrity, positivity, and strong interpersonal awareness.
