Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and offline channels
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities
• Lead and coordinate marketing team, agencies, and partners for campaigns and events
• Plan and manage marketing budgets; track ROI and report results to management
• Organize product launches, trade shows, and promotional events
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-bike/automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing metrics and ROI
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand building
