We are urgently hiring 10 Project-Based Marketing Research Outbound Agents to support a survey project for a UK Postal Service. Your main task is to conduct structured research surveys through outbound calls and gather customer insightsno selling involved.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound marketing research surveys with UK customers.
• Accurately record and update customer responses.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience in every call.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.

• Minimum 1 year BPO or call center experience (outbound preferred).
• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable working night hours aligned with UK time.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Can start within 12 days.
