Your Role
As a VSB Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing outreach efforts to potential clients and leading a team of VSB Sales Specialists. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you'll drive lead generation and engagement strategies to effectively meet client needs. Your role involves crafting personalized pitches, leveraging market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global Sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams, all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our reps help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.
As a VSB Sales Manager (1-19 Employee Segment) at Dialpad, you will lead a team focused on driving growth and expanding our client base in the very small business segment. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the team to engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and deliver solutions that showcase the transformative power of our products and services.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Management, you will ensure that our sales strategies align with the company’s growth objectives. You will coach and mentor your team to achieve both short- and long-term goals, and you will identify and recruit top talent to build a high-performing team. By leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies, you will foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful outcomes and business growth for Dialpad.
This position reports directly to the Sales Leader in the Philippines and has the opportunity to be based in our Manila, PHL Office (offering flexibility for remote work with occasional team-building activities in various locations)
