THIS ROLE
A leadership position responsible for managing a team of AML/KYC and FATCA professionals while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role oversees team performance,
service delivery and resource allocation while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred)
Advanced certifications or training in specialized areas (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, Taxation) are an asset
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years of which are in corporate accounting
Expertise in complex accounting matters including consolidation and foreign currency transactions
Strong background in developing technical standards and process improvements
Deep subject matter expertise in complex accounting areas, including consolidation, foreign currency transactions, and advanced revenue recognition scenarios
Authority in reviewing and approving high-level accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Advanced knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and statutory requirements
Ability to lead the development and implementation of technical standards, methodologies, and best practices
Skilled in driving process innovation and efficiency within the accounting team
Ability to provide authoritative guidance and resolve complex technical queries independently
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and addressing technical issues
High attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy of complex deliverables
Problem-solving mindset, able to resolve complex accounting and technical challenges
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborative, with a willingness to share knowledge and support team members in their professional development
Constantly strives for continuous improvement, both personally and within the team
Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining high technical standards and compliance requirement
