Manager (Corporate Application System - Netsuite) !

What is this role about?

The role is responsible for leveraging strong NetSuite technical and functional expertise, accounting knowledge, and business process understanding to analyze requirements, configure and implement ERP solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous system improvements. While NetSuite remains the primary platform, the role also supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of other ERP and enterprise applications to address evolving business needs.

What will YOU do?

• Manage NetSuite support tickets and system issues
• Implement Business requirements, processes, and new functionalities
• Manage Customizations and enhancements
• Ensure Financial processes, transactions, and system controls
• Support NetSuite integrations and connected business
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

What will YOU need?

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Accountancy background is preferred; CPA certification and relevant NetSuite certifications are advantages.

At least 6 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, including hands-on configuration, implementation, customization, and application support.

Strong NetSuite functional expertise, including workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, reports, roles, permissions, and approval configurations.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and period-end closing.

Experience handling end-to-end business processes involving sales orders, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, and related financial transactions.

Working knowledge of NetSuite technical capabilities, including SuiteScript, APIs, integrations, and data structures, with the ability to troubleshoot and evaluate technical solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions.

Experience implementing enhancements, conducting system testing, and resolving complex ERP issues.

Ability to train and support users on NetSuite functionality.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
