Job Description

Focus on investigation and determining liable regions (lost, delay, damage)
Handle escalated logistics disputes related to freight loss, damage, delays, billing discrepancies, service failures, or contract interpretations.
Serve as a neutral party to evaluate evidence and facilitate fair resolutions between carriers, shippers, and customers.
Maintain accurate case files and upload documentation into dispute or claims management systems.
Prepare arbitration reports summarizing findings, evidence analysis, liability assessments, and final resolutions.
Investigation or paralegal background in logistics is acceptable
