Job Description

Source and recruit qualified linguists (translators, interpreters, reviewers, and language specialists) across various language pairs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multilingual talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates’ language proficiency, experience, and qualifications
Collaborate with recruitment teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche language requirements
Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with language professionals
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in multilingual, localization, or BPO environments
Strong understanding of language roles such as translation, interpretation, and localization
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search techniques)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
