π― Role Mission As a Leasing Associate , you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and engagement for work.able by Robinsons Land . This role involves presenting flexible workspace offerings to potential clients, managing leads and client data, conducting due diligence, preparing service agreements, and coordinating move-ins. You will support marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional leasing experience. π§ What Weβre Looking For
π Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
π’ 1 to 2 years experience in real estate, flexible workspace, or a similar field is an advantage but not required
π€ Working knowledge of leasing practices or experience dealing with tenants, contractors, or brokers is a plus
π Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a proactive approach to client engagement
π Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
π Outgoing and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
π» Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
π£ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
π Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas
