🎯 Role Mission As a Leasing Associate , you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and engagement for work.able by Robinsons Land . This role involves presenting flexible workspace offerings to potential clients, managing leads and client data, conducting due diligence, preparing service agreements, and coordinating move-ins. You will support marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional leasing experience. 🧠 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field

🏢 1 to 2 years experience in real estate, flexible workspace, or a similar field is an advantage but not required

🤝 Working knowledge of leasing practices or experience dealing with tenants, contractors, or brokers is a plus

📈 Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a proactive approach to client engagement

📋 Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

😊 Outgoing and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

🗣 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

📍 Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas
