Requirements

So, what is it were looking for? Well, since this is a Learning Interactions Expert post, we need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves a Learning Interactions Expert. So, if youre someone with a bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent, thats great! Please note, though, that its not a requirement for the post.

We need someone with at least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field. Training delivery experience is an advantage, but is not required. We also need someone who has experience in developing instructional materials.

Someone who has experience creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, and so on) would definitely have an edge. Were also on the lookout for someone who has experience developing instructional media with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline are preferred) and a solid grasp of visual design principles. And, if youre familiar with the levels of e-learning development/interaction, Blooms Taxonomy of Learning Domains, the ADDIE model of instructional design, Gagnes 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayers 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning, you could be great fit! Finally, if you can learn to use new software/hardware easily and have a background in computer programming, then you may be the person were looking for.
