Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to be part of our team.

• This role is responsible for supporting the system development plans and directives of iFive Global by taking care of both front-end and back-end development and ensuring that functional and technical requirements are met.
• This role will collaborates with other members of system development team, third party vendors, and stakeholders in implementing the development plans and activities, providing expertise and insights to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects within the expected timelines.
  
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• System Development
• Work closely with the Global Business Transformation Manager and other members of the system development team in the designing and implementation of new features and system enhancements.
• Develop robust front-end components using React.js with Material UI (MUI) for an engaging user experience.
• Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to handle requests and manage data.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for enhanced security.
• Optimize database management and performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL with Prisma.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for code version control, CI/CD, and end-to-end release process.
• Implement real-time communication using Socket.IO for seamless interaction between clients and servers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development and propose innovative

Requirements

• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in front-end and back-end development.
• Must have experience developing an HRIS or any related/similar systems (i.e. payroll system, ATS, etc).
• Must have a strong background in React.js with Material UI (MUI), Node.js, Express.js and other related technologies.
• Must have a solid understanding of database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Must have experience with JWT for authentication and authorization.
• Must be knowledgeable on Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have a bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT, System Engineering, Computer Science or another related field.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and elicit cooperation with the system development team, third-party vendors, end-users, and high-level stakeholders.
• Excellent business acumen, service orientation, problem-solving skills, and organization skills, including attention to details, time management, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as needed to deliver short-term and long-term solutions.
• Must have undisputed integrity, reliability, professionalism, and maturity, even in uncertain situations.
• Hybrid (Contingent on work requirements and performance).
• Able and willing to work on the mid shift, night shift or any other schedule as required.
