Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your existing accounts
  • Regularly report on account performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and support the growth of the wider team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry.
  • A graduate of Business Administration, Communications or Economics.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems and sales-related software
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
