Job Description

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website content.
Coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
Support the development of marketing strategies to promote Elite Translations' language solutions and services.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends.
Assist in organizing corporate events, trade shows, networking activities, and webinars.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing projects.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and brand consistency across all channels.
Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with the Sales team to nurture prospective clients.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
