Required Skills And Qualifications Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, with mandatory SharePoint knowledge
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); Meraki experience is a plus
  • Basic experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID
  • Basic understanding of scripting.
  • Intune experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with TeamViewer Experience:
  • Customer support via Teams, phone, and email
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticketing systems
  • Strong systematic approach and documentation skills
  • Remote Support Experience for a 200-300 seat organisation Personal Attributes:

  • Customer-focused approach
