IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with governance and SDLC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects focused on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC processes, and quality standards.
• Support CRM enhancements, customer service initiatives, and user adoption activities.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Banking, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in banking or financial services projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC, and project governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Intermediate to Mid-Senior level experience in IT project management.
