Job Description

Develop investor-facing narratives, equity stories, and strategic positioning.
Support fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations activities.
Analyze market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
Prepare investor decks, earnings materials, and strategic communications.
Partner with leadership to align business strategy with investor expectations.
Focus: Investor communication, fundraising strategy, valuation narrative, market positioning

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or strategy consulting.
Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and equity storytelling.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
IB / PE background strongly preferred.
